Research Summary

The Laboratory of Computational Medicine at Johns Hopkins University is dedicated to advancing the understanding and management of critical illnesses through a multidisciplinary approach that integrates precision medicine, computational modeling, and data science.

For a more detailed description of our research, please visit our  projects  page.

Joining the Lab

The Laboratory of Computational Intensive Care Medicine has research opportunities for Johns Hopkins University undergraduate and graduate students. Priority will be given to students who have an interest in medicine, have completed coursework in statistics, machine learning, or data science, and who have experience coding. Students may apply through the Medical Tutorial program, ForagerOne, or independently.

If interested, please fill out the form below, providing your resume. After that, the form will direct you to a brief coding quiz (30 min to 1 hour).

Collaborations

The Laboratory of Computational Intensive Care Medicine is happy to explore collaborative opportunities with investigators in the Johns Hopkins community interested in our aims, methods, and expertise. Interested researchers not at Johns Hopkins who have degrees in engineering, medicine, computer science, mathematics, statistics, data science or bioinformatics should also feel free to contact us.
